ReadAppInfo is sometimes failing when either no AppInfo fields have been set, or
there is no AppInfo block on the database. We're researching this and it will be
fixed in v2. If you're having this problem, then don't call ReadAppInfo.

Blob fields don't work correctly if they aren't the first field. Will be fixed
in v2.

Using CDK4 for VC++6 with Service Pack 3 without having that version of VC++ and
service pack installed on your machine causes problems with loading the hotsync
DLLs. You will get error messages when starting Delphi that certain DLLs cannot
be found. So far as we are aware, this is due to Microsoft DLL incompatibilities.
